This is sleep shaping: gentle guidance to help your baby get better rest, without tears or pressure. We focus on creating healthy sleep foundations — not rigid schedules or “crying it out.”


How old should my baby be to join this program?

This is designed for babies aged 0 to 16 weeks and for expecting parents.

If your baby is older than 12 weeks, my Baby Sleep Training Program might be a better fit.


What if I’ve already tried everything?

From the day my daughter was 10 days old, Rinie coached me to inculcate good sleep habits. Feed every 2.5-3 hrs (and not every hour even if they seem to demand it). Wake her if she sleeps longer than 2 hrs during the day. Client Agreement and Disclaimer – Newborn Sleep Shaping Program


Package Inclusions

The Newborn Sleep Shaping Program includes:

  • Preliminary Questionnaire:
    The client will complete a detailed intake questionnaire provided by me. This allows me to understand the baby’s sleep patterns, temperament, feeding habits, and the family’s lifestyle. The questionnaire must be submitted prior to the consultation so that I can provide relevant and personalised guidance during the call.

  • Newborn Sleep Guide:
    A comprehensive newborn sleep guide will be shared with the client via email. This consultant-created guide includes information on sleep space safety, dressing baby for sleep, soothing strategies, swaddling and pacifier use, newborn sleep cues, routines, day-night confusion, night feeds, settling techniques, red flags, and more.

  • Zoom Consultation (1 hour):
    A one-time, 1 hour consultation will be conducted via video call to discuss the newborn’s sleep challenges, walk through the relevant sections of the guide, and provide tailored verbal advice and strategies.

  • One Week of Text Support:
    After the consultation, the client will receive 7 consecutive working days of text support via WhatsApp to ask follow-up questions, troubleshoot challenges, and receive guidance in real time.


Text Support Availability

  • Monday – Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM (GMT +8, Singapore Time)

  • Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM (GMT +8, Singapore Time)

  • Sunday: Closed

Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to during the next available support window.


Payment and Cancellations

  • Payment of the program fee confirms acceptance of this client agreement.

  • Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. If not received, the consultation will be rescheduled.

  • If the client pays but fails to submit the intake questionnaire or book the consultation before their baby turns 4 months old, no refund will be given, and the program will be forfeited.

  • If the client cancels the consultation more than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the fee will be refunded. The guidebook will not be sent.

  • If the client cancels the consultation less than 48 hours in advance, 25% of the fee will be refunded.  The guidebook will not be sent.

  • After the consultation has been completed, no refunds will be issued. The guidebook will be sent.


Medical Disclaimer

  • Client agrees to follow safe sleep practices in accordance with current SIDS guidelines outlined below.

  • Client agrees to consult with a licensed medical professional before implementing any sleep changes if there are known or suspected medical issues.

  • Client agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions at the start and throughout the program.


Safe Sleep Guidelines (Applicable for infants <18 months)

The client agrees to adhere to the following infant safe sleep practices based on AAP guidelines. Any deviation is at the client’s own discretion and risk:

  • Alone, on their Back, in their Crib

  • Use a firm sleep surface (crib, bassinet, play yard) with a tight-fitting sheet

  • No loose blankets, pillows, toys, or soft items in the sleep space

  • Bed-sharing is not recommended by the AAP due to increased SIDS risk

  • Sleep the baby in the same room (not the same bed) for at least 6 months

  • Never let baby sleep unattended in car seats, swings, or nursing pillows

  • Avoid overheating; dress appropriately for the room temperature

  • Offer a pacifier at sleep time if desired, even if it falls out during sleep


Social Media Agreement

  • Screenshots of de-identified chat messages or client feedback may be used on Yawn to Dawn Consulting’s social media accounts for educational or marketing purposes.

  • The child’s and client’s names, photos, and any identifying information will always remain confidential unless explicit written permission is provided.


Your Customised Support

This program is tailored to your family based on the intake form and our consultation.
While the newborn guide is a structured resource, all verbal recommendations are specific to your situation. The guide and program are not to be shared with others or reused for another child.

  • Results may vary based on individual child temperament, environment, and consistency.
